Revenue detox to lose up to 5 kg

Here, the solid food back to the menu and you eat a little more: between 1100 and 1200 calories. Combine the dining options as you like and send him away over 2 kilos!

Option 2: 1 medium slice of pineapple (or 1 medium slice of melon) with lemon zest
Option 3: 1 large beaker (250 ml) of watermelon juice beaten with ginger
Morning tea
1 cup. of hibiscus tea with cinnamon
Lunch
Option 1: 1 plate (dessert) of green leaves (lettuce, arugula), 1 col. (tablespoons) grated carrot and 1 col. (tablespoons) grated beets with oregano, lemon, 1 thread of olive oil and a little salt + 3 col. (soup) of brown rice with parsley + 4 col. (soup) of chicken stroganoff with cream light milk (or 1 medium fillet of grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed mushroom) + 1 big bowl of gelatin diet
Option 2: 1 tomato stuffed with tabbouleh quinoa (or green salad leaves, radishes and tomatoes at will with lemon, 1 thread of olive oil and a little salt) + 3 col. (soup) of brown rice (or rice cereals 7) + 1 medium roasted salmon fillet with peppers, onions and tomatoes + 1/2 plate (dessert) of steamed vegetables + 4 strawberries (or 1 apple)
Option 3: 1 plate (dessert) of green leaves with 2 sticks kani kama shredded, 5 thin strips of mango, 1 tomato and 1/4 of Japanese cucumber with oriental sauce (lemon, light soy sauce and 1 thread of olive oil) + omelette with zucchini (made with 1 egg yolk, 2 egg whites and grated zucchini) + 2 handles of whole-wheat pasta to suck + 1 small bowl of light coconut custard with plum sauce
Evening tea
1 cup. Fennel tea
1 afternoon snack
Option 1: 1 light yogurt pot with chopped papaya
Option 2: 1 baked and sprinkled with cinnamon banana
Option 3: 1 whole grains light bar + 1 fruit (apple, pear or peach)
Evening tea
1 cup. pineapple bark tea, 1 sliver of ginger and spices (clove, cinnamon and star anise)
Dinner
Option 1: 1 plate (table) of green leaves with 2 nozinhos of buffalo mozzarella, dried tomatoes 2, 4 col. (soup) of shredded chicken, 1 col. (soup) full crouton and 4 col. (soup) of low-fat yogurt sauce with basil
Option 2: 1 plate (table) of various green leaves with 2 col. (soup) of pineapple into cubes, 3 slices of turkey breast into strips, 1 col. (tablespoons) grated carrot and 1 col. (soup) of sunflower seeds roasted without salt and balsamic vinegar
Option 3: 1 plate (dessert) of green leaves (lettuce, arugula, watercress), light 1 can of tuna, tomatoes and 1 1/4 yellow bell pepper with onion, parsley and 4 col. (soup) of low-fat yogurt sauce with herbs
Supper
Option 1: 2 brown-nut (5 or cashews)
Option 2: 1 fermented milk little pot (type Yakult) + 3 prunes
Option 3: 4 + 1 cup dried apricots. chamomile tea
